Regularly practicing yoga has countless advantages. Beyond the weekly class schedule, we provide a number of ways that you can deepen your yoga practice and take the mind/body journey to the next level. Check out our offerings to see what fits your schedule and wellness needs.
Whether you are new to yoga or if you have been practicing for ten years this class is for you. Our hatha yoga classes are accessible to all ages and levels.
Dress in comfortable clothes that will allow you to move.
Our Vinyasa yoga classes are generally a faster pace than hatha. For that reason we recommend starting with a few hatha classes if you are new to yoga.
You can expect a physical workout.
Dress comfortably and bring a towel.
You can expect a slow paced class that will allow you to relax and stretch.
If you are new to yoga there is no better time to start.
If you are pregnant or just had a baby come join us for a safe place to stretch and exercise in the company of other mothers to be.
Sometimes life is to much or sometimes you just need some peace and quiet.
You will be guided through relaxation, visualization and calming techniques in this nurturing farmhouse environment.
Yoga is for everyone, and that includes our little people.
We offer kids only classes or you can join them in our baby and me classes.
